The TravelMate 3020 notebooks come with Microsoft Windows XP Professional operating system and a complete range of utility programs. The TravelMate 3020 comes with a standard 1 year Carry In (International Traveller’s Warranty - ITW) which can be extended to 3 years’ cover with the AcerAdvantage service that also covers accidental damage to the notebook.
