MSI To Dazzle at CeBIT
Taipei To make the list of the top ten notebook manufacturers in the world this year, MSI will take part in the planet´s largest computer exhibition—Hannover´s CeBIT, with an all new CIS and great products. MSI President Joseph Hsu notes that all of MSI’s new products, including its notebooks, 10-inch Wind series, motherboards, graphics cards, All-in-one Wind Top models, auto-use computers, and industrial-use computers and servers will be displayed in booth E28, which with 616 square meters will be the largest in Hall 21. MSI´s beautiful slender X-Slim notebook series, to be unveiled in Hannover, Germany, includes the X320, X340, and X600 models with 13 to 15-inch screens and comes in six dazzling colors.
Over the past year, MSI has been awarded Best Choice of the Year and Top 10 Gadgets at the world´s three major computer shows, including Taipei´s Computex and Las Vegas´ CES. With these feathers in its cap, MSI will be unveiling its new CIS in CeBIT in Hannover from 3 to 8 March as it strives to realize its goal of becoming one of the top ten notebook brand in the world this year and one of the top five within three years.
President Hsu explains that since its inception 22 years ago, MSI has striven to achieve perfection in its products, making it a world leader in such product lines as notebook computers, motherboards, graphics cards, and consumer electronics. To accelerate its march forward, MSI is focusing its energies on continuing to develop the best products possible, while launching an all new Corporate Identity System (CIS) as it positions itself to develop its name brand internationally under the banner—“Insist on the Best!”
Hsu points out that the launching of its brand new CIS this year marks the start of a new era for MSI, so the company needs to maintain its position as one of the top two producers of motherboards and graphics cards in the world as it eyes the global notebook market.
Hsu points out that MSI is already among the top ten notebook brand names in Russia, France, Poland, the Czech Republic, Turkey, Taiwan, South Korea, and South Africa. This year, in addition to staying the course in those countries, MSI will strive to further penetrate the US, European, Chinese, and Asian Pacific markets, working in each area with the most outstanding marketing and channel corporations in brick-and-mortar, e-commerce, and telecommunications markets. After expanding the company´s presence in these regions using various brand name, marketing, and promotional activities, MSI expects to become one of the world´s top ten notebook manufacturers this year and one of the top five within three.
Hsu states that MSI is also very confident about the success of its popular new AIO (All-in-one) nettops designed for people and businesses that appreciate the aesthetically pleasing. In the wake of the worldwide launching of the 19-inch Wind Top AP1900 in February, MSI will be showing its 19, 20, and 22-inch AIO models at CeBIT, computers that boast such advanced technologies as touch screens.
MSI Notebooks Marketing Director Sam Chern explains that in booth E28 in CeBIT´s Hall 21, MSI will be parading such products as notebooks, motherboards, graphics cards, AIO computers, auto-use computers, as well as industrial-use computers and servers. And to really show what it is that makes MSI products stand apart, the exhibition will include a cutting edge technology area, a digital life area, a multimedia area, a gaming area, and an overclocking area.
MSI will promote its G Series, the world´s fastest gaming notebook and the first to break the 10,000 point 3Dmark barrier, and its complete multimedia entertainment E Series, but the stars at this year´s exhibition will be the new ultra-slim X600, X340, and X320 in MSI´s X-Slim Notebook Series, which boast 13 to 15-inch screens, and the full function 10-inch Wind Series. Chern indicates that the super slim X340 alone, which will be displayed in white, black, and champagne gold, will dazzle CeBIT visitors.
Cheng also asserts that MSI has no doubt that AIO nettops will be a hit in workplaces and homes alike. MSI set up a digital living area that resembles a futuristic home kitchen equipped with an AIO computer, like the Wind Top AE2200, that serves as both kitchen helper and entertainer, helping you cook up creative dishes, look up recipes online, and tackle any number of other problems with just the touch of one finger on the touch screen.
Jason Lee, marketing director of motherboards and graphics cards, states that MSI will once again demonstrate its R&D prowess and unparalleled technical skills at the show. Lee is confident that MSI will continue to display better, more innovative product designs and market performance. It will display motherboards and graphics cards, that fuse superb technology with digital entertainment and low power use.
Inaugurated in the spring of 1986 and organized by Deutsche Messe AG, Hannover´s CeBIT is the largest computer exhibition in the world. It features digital information technologies, technology communication solutions, as well as home and business technology and entertainment. In addition to serving as a venue where the world´s largest high tech companies show and show off innovative products, CeBIT serves as the showcase for the latest high tech trends.
