10/31/2005. - Panda Software, in keeping with its commitment to client security, has launched a mass update campaign for corporate solution packages with very favorable conditions to incorporate TruPreventTM Technologies into current packages. This new component of Panda’s line of security products has proven extremely effective since its release.
- TruPreventTM Technologies, the effectiveness of which has been certified by ICSA Labs, lets users neutralize a threat even before antivirus laboratories have identified it, offering protection far beyond that of traditional antivirus solutions.
- More than 50% of sample viruses, Trojans, spyware and other threats that are received by PandaLabs from users have been blocked by TruPreventTM Technologies. In total this has come to 23,000 samples since their release in August 2004.

Panda Software has launched an update campaign for its corporate solution packages, EnterpriSecure and BusinesSecure, strengthening them with TruPrevent™ Technologies, which have proven extremely effective since their release. This represents yet another step in Panda Software’s commitment to provide its customers with the maximum possible protection at every level.

TruPreventTM Technologies have proven extremely successful in increasing protection for our customers. Since they were released, they have detected more than 23,000 new specimens, representing an increase of over 50% of threat samples provided by users. Recent alerts, such as those caused by Zotob and IRCBot, both of which caused severe damage to large companies around the world, were blocked proactively by TruPreventTM. Panda Software now offers current customers with systems that do not include these components to update their systems, through a plan to update on very favorable terms. Doing so also includes the right to a free update to the 2006 corporate solutions, when available. Furthermore, all Panda Software’s corporate security suites will include TruPreventTM Technologies from November 1.
