Madrid, November 4 2005 - Apple has released version 10.4.3 of Mac OS X, an update which includes the fix for several vulnerabilities affecting different components of this operating system.

The update corrects flaws in Finder, Software Update, Memberd, Keychain and Kernel. According to Apple(*), these vulnerabilities could be exploited by local attackers to take a series of actions, including obtaining passwords, displaying confidential information or not allowing certain updates.

Along with these corrections, the new version of Apple for Mac OS X includes other improvements to the operating system which are not explicitly connected to security. It also includes all previous security updates.
