5. Testing and Behaviour of End-users
We always thoroughly test the developed software before handing it over to the consumers. First our colleagues who know the system test the software and then sometimes we also invite an end-user randomly to examine the possible user behaviour. We have our own script for testing, which includes a list of the tasks–linked to the system appearance and functions–to be carried out. This test script is worked out on the basis of development or system plan to avoid the risk of functional mistakes appearing only when the system is actually started to operate.

To test the user behaviour we usually ask internal people–external also possible–to fill in a questionnaire on the testing system. This is highly confidential, so we always realise this part in either your or our office. This way we avoid internet testing with passwords, which is less safe.

6. Project Management and Quality Assurance
With large-scale projects to avoid possible confusion and to be able to keep the deadline it is worth clearly assigning the roles and responsibilities, even if testing is carried out within the company.
